Organize capacity building events, workshops and trainings to empower individuals on adaptive strategies to deal with stressful life events. Partner with learning and religious institutions, corporate institutions, young professionals, communities, villages, and such organized groups to give necessary training to increase their emotional well-being, thus increase their quality of life. Utilize the community mental health worker model to empower local leaders to sustain all efforts and create long-term societal shift towards empowering individuals with the requisite capacity to live through stressful daily events. Conduct and implement such programs through partnerships and collaborations with governmental and non-governmental initiatives working in the field of mental health.
